Upon request, the Leader of the Rainbow Party Of Canada sends congratulatory email messages to Canadians celebrating milestone birthdays, wedding anniversaries, and anniversaries of life together.

Please note that only Canadian citizens may receive a congratulatory certificate from the Leader.

To ensure on-time delivery, we ask that you submit your request at least four weeks before the event date.
